Executive Assistant
Be the operating system behind the CEO and COO of a multi-state property management and brokerage company. Part-time with full ownership of the role.
What you'll actually do
- Own the CEO's and COO's calendars, inbox triage, travel, and prep — nothing falls through because you hold the thread.
- Project-manage cross-market initiatives end-to-end: kickoffs, deadlines, owners, follow-through.
- Draft executive-grade communication — investor updates, team memos, client emails — in the leadership team's voice.
- Run the rhythm of the business: weekly leadership meetings, monthly reviews, quarterly planning.
- Be the first call when something unusual needs to happen, fast. Your job is to make impossible days routine.
You'll thrive here if
