As a senior member of the team, the VP of Operations will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight of our property management, sales, and construction teams. You will ensure financials, operating and compliance standards; as well as the resident and team member experiences, exceed the expectations of Flat Fee Landlord and its sister companies.

Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agents are the face of our business. You will communicate with prospective residents, current residents, landlord clients, vendors, and our own staff. Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agents will provide our clients with world class customer service, conduct administrative work, and schedule/show properties we manage to resident leads. Position Description:
Flat Fee Landlord is looking for a Property Manager/Leasing Agent to assist with its growing portfolio throughout DMV. Known internally as a “Portfolio Manager” these individuals are the face of our business and vital to our organization. In this role, you will communicate and interact with prospective tenants, current residents, landlords, vendors, and our own staff. “Portfolio Managers” will provide our clients with world class customer service, preform all duties associated with leasing properties, conduct property inspections, coordinate make-readies to prepare properties for new tenants, process security deposits, provide ongoing recommendations for capital improvements and preventative maintenance in order to maintain/increase property value, oversee/coordinate eviction processes, and be flexible to assist in other administrative and/or service related capacities as needed.
