What you'll actually do
- Represent owner-clients on sales, listings, and investment transactions across Washington DC.
- Identify owners sitting on under-performing rentals in Capitol Hill, Georgetown, Dupont Circle and surrounding areas — then help them choose the right strategy: sell, hold, or convert to a professionally managed rental.
- Refer management-ready rentals into the FFL property management pipeline. Set the pricing with the owner and earn the monthly spread above our wholesale per-door cost — recurring income for the life of the management engagement.
- Work inbound owner leads surfaced through our content engine — we already rank for "flat fee property management" across DC, so warm prospects land in your pipeline.
- Run showings, write offers, negotiate, and close. Standard real estate sales motion — with an unfair distribution advantage most brokerages can't match.
You'll thrive here if
- You hold an active real estate license in District of Columbia (or you're weeks from activating one).
- You know the DC market — neighborhoods, price bands, rental comps, and the brokerages you're competing with.
