Mo Hashem founded Flat Fee Landlord after watching landlords get overcharged for the same level of service — a percentage model that collected more every time rents went up, regardless of whether the management company did more work.

Mo grew up watching his family use real estate as the vehicle for building stability and independence. That experience drove a simple mission: make professional property management genuinely accessible to individual landlords, not just institutional investors.

After the 2009 financial crisis, he entered the industry with a different structure — one flat monthly fee, regardless of what the property rents for. 15 years and 2,000+ tenant placements later, that principle still drives every decision we make.
