Close qualified renters into units at a North Houston apartment community we manage. Multifamily leasing — not single-family. The traffic is already coming — you close it.
What you'll actually do
- Own the on-site leasing process end-to-end: inquiry → tour → application → approval → signed lease → move-in.
- Run model tours on a tight schedule. Walk prospects through amenities, floor plans, and community life.
- Screen applicants through the property's approval standards — protect occupancy quality, treat every applicant like a human.
- Close cleanly: get leases executed, deposits collected, keys handed off, and residents welcomed.
- Keep the CRM updated, the follow-ups on time, and the weekly traffic/conversion report honest.
You'll thrive here if
- You have apartment / multifamily leasing experience — this role is not for single-family or retail sales backgrounds.
- You've worked a leasing office, know how to work a waitlist, and have closed renewals alongside new leases.
- You bring hospitality-level people skills to a transactional process.
- You're comfortable in industry PM software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, Entrata, or similar).
- A real estate license is a plus but not required for on-site apartment leasing.
