Be the maintenance command center for our U.S. portfolio — fully remote on U.S. Central hours, for candidates based in Mexico or Colombia with fluent English.
What you'll actually do
- Review, organize, and respond to incoming maintenance requests from tenants — fast.
- Assign work orders to the right vendors and keep scheduling tight.
- Communicate with residents, vendors, and owners through the whole repair cycle.
- Get quotes and approvals for repairs over threshold; review vendor invoices before payment.
- Keep AppFolio work orders and LeadSimple notes clean — if it is not logged, it did not happen.
You'll thrive here if
- You have fluent, professional English — spoken and written. Non-negotiable.
- 1+ year in property management, maintenance coordination, or related customer service.
- You troubleshoot first and escalate with context, not panic.
- AppFolio and LeadSimple experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- You can run U.S. Central business hours from a quiet home office.
