Can I hire Flat Fee Landlord to find a tenant and manage the home myself?
Yes. Tenant Placement Only includes professional photography, listing, coordinated showings, 10-point screening, and lease preparation and execution. Our role ends at lease execution and payment of the placement fee. You handle move-in, hold the security deposit, collect rent and coordinate repairs afterward.

Every home after your first has no activation fee: sign up your next home with the same email or phone and it comes off automatically, no code needed. Placement-only listing engagements run up to 120 days. The launch fee is refundable before photos are taken or the property is listed, whichever occurs first.

Discuss the property’s readiness, access and proposed rent with the team before listing. A screening process helps evaluate applicants; it is not a promised payment history or a guaranteed lease date.
What to prepare for your San Antonio listing
Bring the property address, expected availability date, repair history, access instructions and any association rental rules. For a home near a military installation or an employer campus, share relevant access and commute information without assuming an applicant’s eligibility from their employer or military status.
Plan who will handle move-in and future turnover if you self-manage. Military SCRA terminations are excluded from tenant assurance, and placement-only service does not include that bundle benefit.
