The fine print, in plain English
- For owners who sign up online within 7 days of their first quote, through Sunday, November 30 at 11:59 pm CT.
- Tenant Placement + Property Management: the $350 activation fee is waived in full.
- A single service (Tenant Placement Only or Property Management Only): 50% off the $500 activation fee, so $250. Property Management Only starts its monthly fee when you sign, because your tenant is already in place.
- Applied automatically on your sign up page; it cannot be combined with another code. Every home after your first already has no activation fee.
- The placement fee, monthly fees and everything else in your agreement are unchanged. The waiver is written into your agreement.
