Homes that list in the first half of September tend to rent before the fall slowdown. Homes that wait tend to carry the mortgage into the holidays. A waived setup fee is real money, but the vacancy you avoid is the bigger number. That is the whole reason this offer has a hard stop.

- LABORDAY applies to new Tenant Placement + Property Management agreements. LABORDAY50 applies to new Property Management only or Tenant Placement only agreements.
- The discount applies to the one-time listing, activation or setup fee only. Monthly management fees, the tenant placement fee and any other charges in your agreement are not affected.
- One code per agreement. Codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to agreements signed before this promotion.
- Everything else about your agreement is exactly the same as for any other client.
