Three easy steps will get you started:

  1. Tell us what you want
    We need to know what you’re looking for; how close of a commute you need, which amenities are important and when you want to move in.
  2. Take a look at available properties
    Our local agents will go through the listings with you and schedule showings anytime you want to see a property.
  3. Sign a lease
    Once you find the place you want, your leasing agent will negotiate the terms of the lease, including rent.

Resources to Make Your Stay Comfortable

For our current residents we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding. Use our website to submit any maintenance requests, pay your rent, or just to drop us a line. We love to hear from our residents.

We use the latest technology to serve our landlords and tenants. On our Member "e-Rent" page, tenants have their own portal. Renters can go online to pay rent, talk to their property manager, make a repair request, see your bills and check your lease. All the information you need is in your portal.
